December is fast approaching! Have you gotten some shopping done or are you waiting for the big sales to hit this weekend? I’ve bought a couple of things for the kids but still have a lot to do. I wanted to put together a list of gifts that I have and currently love or items I may even be wishing for this Christmas season. I hope this is a helpful list and if anything gives you a little inspiration when shopping. You can hover over each item and click on it to shop as well. I always love getting the ladies in my family meaningful gifts. I’ll wrap up a couple of framed family photos and tie a new devotional to the top of it or write a letter for them to keep. I love sentimental gifts and things I can keep forever so tend to also enjoy giving them. I also love SHOES. It’s a total and complete weakness I have and one I generally feel zero remorse of most days as well. Give me a devotional or give me Gucci and I am one happy girl! haha! Truly though, I hope you can gain some insight on what would best suit your loved one’s from this post. As always, if you have questions, list them at the bottom or send me a message. I am ALWAYS, ALWAYS happy to help, and by you asking, you’re actually helping my family too, as I make a small commission off of the sales made in these posts and on my social platforms. I’m so grateful for each of you who come to this space and read these posts and inquire about any links! Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart!!
Let me know what you think and if I can help in any way! Have a great Thanksgiving week!
It may just be me, but January seemed to slowly squeak by and it seems like February is flying! Hence why this has become a last minute gift idea post! So, let’s talk Valentine’s Day and gifting for those last minute surprises for your significant other and even your kids.
Now, don’t get me wrong, personally I love fresh blooms and won’t ever turn down chocolate, but sometimes being treated by your spouse to a latte and mani/pedi is every bit as appreciated in my opinion. Knowing your love language and theirs in a relationship or marriage I feel is so important in how you handle daily life and special occasions, like Valentine’s Day. For instance, mine is words of affirmation and gifts, and my husbands is acts of service. Therefore, I love a new killer pair of shoes, or a handwritten sweet note, or just to be told I am loved. Simply put, these are the ways to my heart. Conrad is more of a show me you love me by cooking dinner and ironing my jeans kind of language. 🙂 It’s nice to know how to ensure that your partner feels appreciated, not only on special days but in general. If you don’t know your love language, I would highly encourage you and your significant other to read Gary Chapman’s book here. It really is worth the read and is a great resource in improving communication and how to love your spouse well.
